P150HM / P151HM1 Differences The three differences between the P150HM and P151HM1 are the display, ac adapter and finish. The P150HM has a glassview screen, while the P151HM1 has a matte screen. The P150HM has a 180W power supply, while the P151HM1 has a 120W power supply. And the P150HM has a rubberized finish, while the P151HM1 has a plastic finish. Custom Parts We cannot modify the basic specs of any notebook. For instance, if a laptop only holds a single GPU - then we cannot modify it so that it holds dual GPUs. However, if there is a particular part, such as a hard drive or graphics card, or brand of memory that you would like - we can special order it. Also, we do not allow for parts (HDD, CPUs etc.) to be sent in for us to install. There are no exceptions to this policy. Release Dates We do not give out release dates of new parts such as CPUs, GPUs etc. or new models, so please do not request this information. When a new model or part is available for preorder or purchase, then it will appear on the site and/or configuration page for each model. Military / Student Discounts We do offer a 2% military discount on all notebook purchases. Simply paste this code in during checkout to redeem the savings: MILITARY. Valid for active duty only. Note: A military ID card is required for verification. In order to receive the 3% cash discount in addition to the 2% military discount, for a total of 5% OFF the regular notebook price, you will need to click HERE and follow the instructions to place your order. We do not currently offer any student discounts. Shipping & Taxes Shipping costs are determined by cost of notebook and location. Please, add a notebook to the cart, and then click the, "Estimated Shipping Charges," link at the bottom of the cart page. Within the US, there are no taxes outside of Nevada. Nevada residents are subject to 8.10% sales tax. For customers outside the US, you will have to pay your local VAT (Value Added Tax) to customs once the notebook arrives in your country. International Orders We can ship orders worldwide. For customers outside of the US & Canada, acceptable forms of payment include, bank wire and credit card. For customers in the UK, you may also use Paypal if you have a confirmed address. Please use the instructions below to place an order and/or to make payment. Note: these instructions only apply to customers outside of the US & Canada. Bank Wire: Configure your notebook Click the "Save Quote" button on the right side of the configuration page Login or Create an account, if you do not already have one Once the quote is saved, open a sales ticket by clicking HERE On the ticket, include the following: Payment type e.g. Bank Wire, email address on your account, quote number, and shipping type e.g. Express, Expedited etc. Credit Card: Configure your notebook Place your order through the site Contact the issuing bank of your credit card and have them email us a written statement on their company letterhead which includes the last 4 digits of your credit card used on the order, your full name, billing address, and a message that states you have approved the purchase to our company MALIBAL, LLC in the total amount that is listed on your order. Shipping Charges: To get shipping rates, simply add your notebook to the cart, and then click the "Estimated Shipping Charges" link at the bottom of the cart page. From there, you can enter your shipping info and get the different rates. The buyer is responsible for paying any and all taxes and fees, including: brokerage, VAT and duty fees. If the buyer fails to pay these fees and/or the package is returned to MALIBAL for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying ALL fees associated with the entire shipment, including to and from shipping charges and any taxes, duties or other fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment. Frequently Asked Questions 1. What is the warranty coverage outside the US? Customers located outside of the US, Canada and European Union have the same warranty coverage as US/CA/EU customers, including email and phone support, however, they must ship the notebook or parts back to the US in order to have them serviced and/or replaced. Note: All international customers outside of CA/EU must pay shipping charges to/from on service work. Typically, if a customer needs a service it will be something small like RAM or HDD, so the shipping doesn't cost that much - because only the RAM or HDD will need to be returned and not the entire laptop. Also, we can refer the customer to a computer shop in their country or near it, if they want to pay to have the machine serviced locally. But, if they choose to have it serviced locally, they will have to pay all fees associated with that service. 2. What do I have to pay to have the notebook delivered to my country? You typically only pay your local VAT, which is the same tax you would pay if you purchased the notebook locally in your country. Canadian customers who select UPS Standard shipping also have to pay a brokerage fee, which ranges from about $40-80 depending on cost of notebook. However, Canadian customers can avoid this fee if they select UPS expedited or express service. 3. How much is shipping to my country? There is a shipping calculator on the Cart Page. Simply enter your country and postal code for shipping rates.
